From what I understand, he's started his own bottling company, but I don't know that for sure. I vaguely remember listening during lunch a few days ago he was talking about not finding the right kind of bottler so he started his own, but I wasn't paying too much attention, so I might have mis-heard.
Any idea who is making it for him? (I heard all the standard, generic stuff: "the fineest pickers, the finest bottlers" etc. Surely some large production shop is doin this for him and Katherine.)
